You can get as creative as you want with this recipe - we chose to pair our Blueberry Matcha Powder with a fresh made blueberry puree for a delicious and refreshing treat. But with other Matcha Powder flavors such as peach, raspberry, strawberry and lemon, there are all sort of delicious matcha latte variations you can try this summer.

Blueberry Matcha Latte

- Yield: 1 serving
What You Need
- 1 tsp or 1 sachet blueberry matcha powder
- 2oz hot water
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- 4oz oat milk (or dairy alternative of choice)
- Ice cubes
Add your sweetener and whisk until dissolved.
Set mixture aside.
Blueberry Puree Preparation
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 lime
In a blender, add your blueberries and sweetener.
Heat up filtered water until steaming (not boiling), then add into your blender.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
Carefully place on your lid and blend until completely combined.
Pour into a mason jar and let cool. This can be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Add your sweetener and whisk until dissolved. Set aside.
Add 2oz fresh blueberry puree to a glass.
Fill your glass with ice cubes. Pour in cold oat milk until 3/4 the way full.
Slowly pour matcha mixture on top until your glass is full. Mix and enjoy!
- The more sweetener you add, the less of a grassy taste your matcha will have. Keep in mind that you can lose the health benefits of matcha through excess use of sweetener.
