New 2020 recipe! The perfect tea to drink during cold and flu season. We loaded it up with immune boosting ingredients - echinacea, elderberries, sage, rosehips and green tea. Deliciously fruity.
A 2015 study showed Echinacea to be as effective as Tamiflu during the early stages of the flu. Add some honey and it is great for a sore throat.

I drink this tea daily since getting some a couple of weeks ago. It is mildly sweet with fruit flavors. It is filled with good immune boosting ingredients and is just perfect for the winter flu season. I enjoy this tea and recommend.
