I steeped 4 grams in 16 ounces of 212 degree water for 5 minutes. I am so in love with this herbal blend! The peppermint and spearmint are very cooling, the honeybush, rose hip, and hibiscus add a touch of sweetness, the chamomile is soothing, and the rose petals give it a light floral note. I would say the peppermint and spearmint are the most dominant flavors. Everything in this blend works beautifully and it’s perfect to have after dinner as a digestive aid. There’s such a relaxing quality to it! A big plus (for me) is that it’s all organic and there’s no added flavorings! I absolutely love this herbal blend and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a cozy cup of herbal tisane at end of the day.
