Chamomile Bilberry Bliss

This is the best chamomile tea I’ve ever had…. The aroma is so pleasant.
I drink a couple of glasses every night before I go to bed. The Billberry gave it the extra. ….. oh those floral notes as well.
Just plain delightful

Sometimes chamomile teas can be a bit cloying for me, particularly when they're mixed to be on the sweeter/most dessert side of things, and this is definitely not that. I absolutely love that this one is balanced with some brighter, slightly tart flavor. There's subtle a tanginess and warmth to it that feels a bit rare to find in a chamomile tea and the floral notes are simply beautiful (and also greatly benefit from being balanced with the bilberry and pepper). Lovely, delicate flavor and so comforting.

I am not much of a Chamomile person, but I do love rose and lavender and rosehips, and I am always on the lookout for a good decaf option. This tea is the best chamomile I have had; the flavor is like a dry summer field. I personally wish I could taste the rose, rosehip, and billberry, but our guests absolutely loved it.
