Matcha Variety Pack

I've purchased the mint matcha before since it seemed like something i'd be into and was gifted this sampler pack and after making several drinks I can say this is not good quality matcha. It always comes out flat-tasting, not to mention the color is horrible. Everytime I've tried it it's a brown muddy mess that just wont froth which is usually the first indicator of poor matcha. However, if you know nothing about matcha or just not really a matcha purist this might be something easy and affordable for you to try. Matcha can definitely add up fast so it's good to have an idea of what you're looking for as you can get many different flavors and depths from different powders. If you are really into matcha and are familiar with other brands or have more to spend don't bother with this stuff.

I had not had a flavored matcha until purchasing this variety pack. I love the ease of use of the individual portions and the variety of flavors. The coconut, peach and chai were my favorites. Highly recommend!

I love this variety pack, and it seems I am not alone, as it is frequently sold out. I was surprised to find that I like all of the packets. My favorite was the chai, but I found each sample intriguing and flavorful. Ideally I would like smaller packets, since I usually drink about 6-8 ounces of matcha at a time. I solve this problem by using 1/2 packet at a time. I like to use almond milk when I make it.

I'm someone who had tried matcha before and did not like it, but wanted to try it again. I like that there are so many different flavors available and this gives you the chance to see what you like. I haven't tasted all of them yet, but I recall Cocomut and Raspberry being standouts for me.

This was a great introduction to flavored matcha (and Whistling Kettle) for me. I found that most of the fruit flavors overpowered the matcha flavor, which might be good for some people, but I wasn't a huge fan. Exceptions, in my opinion, were the blueberry and raspberry, both of which complemented the matcha flavor as opposed to stealing the show. My absolute favorite was the honey, but I also really enjoyed the lemon and pure matcha. That being said: I really enjoy the flavor of plain matcha, so I tended to lean towards complementary flavors, and I tried all of these as lattes, which would likely influence my opinion. I like adding a little nutmeg to the pure matcha to diversify the flavor profile. Hope this is helpful!

Amazing and wonderful. I have never really tried Matcha tea, but wanted to try something different because I have the time now to truly indulge and experiment with different flavors. Wow. These teas are not only delicious, but have such great health benefits. Use these uncertain times to treat yourself and stay healthy and truly enjoy something different that makes you feel good. Love the matcha variety pack. I am new to matcha and was not sure if I would like it. I love it!!! I have used it with just a little it of local honey and it is perfect. I also used one packet in my morning smoothie yesterday.

I bought the variety pack online and never thought matcha tea could taste so good - in fact, when I visited my daughter-in-law in Troy, she took me to lunch at The Whistling Kettle and of course, I had to buy another variety pack - food was fantastic and you have the BEST teas!!!

This matcha is of high quality. The variety of flavors is amazing, with my light and authentic flavor profiles. Highly recommend.
