If you are curious about a tea that actually tastes like dessert without any additives, Milk Oolong (Jin Xuan / Nai Xiang / #12) is the one to try. One of the oldest green tea varieties from China, Pinhead Gunpowder was originally called 'Zhu Cha', which translates to 'Pearl Tea'.
