Because the steaming is so short (20-40 seconds) it's imperative to use only the highest quality tea leaves as any unwanted traits can easily remain present in the finished product. We're proud to present a beautiful Sencha Asamushi, made with only the highest quality organic spring and early summer leaves.

This green tea brews a full-bodied cup with nutty notes and a hint of smoky depth.
