Enjoy the Whistling Kettle scone experience at home. This is the EXACT same scone mix that we use in our award-winning restaurants. Formulated to be easy to make without be overly sweet. Just add eggs and vegetable oil and the ingredients of your choice (berries, chocolate chips, nuts, etc). Simple, all natural ingredients with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

I bought this because I haven’t been able to get to WK for a scone in a while, and missed them. The mix is very easy to put together. I added Canadian bacon and cheese, plus parsley and thyme. They’re delicious. I might add scallions next time. The flavor of the base mix works well with savory or sweet. A great buy! I highly recommend.

I was checking the website for teas when I came across the scone mix. Luckily for me it was back in stock. Normally I make them from scratch but this mix made the process so much easier and the results could not have been any better. Thank you Whistling Kettle I now have a new go to scone mix. Also, I must add the Cotton Candy tea was a pleasant surprise for my taste buds. Sweet, delicious and oh so refreshing. I love the assortment of teas and glad for sample sizes so I can try before I buy a big supply.

This mix is a no brainer. It’s so easy to use and modify to your liking. I have used dried cherries and white chocolate with a sugar glaze, and they were sooo good. I plan on making my next batch with brown sugar and maple syrup!

I tried the scone mix for the first time. It was so easy and my scones tasted just like the ones I buy from Whistling Kettle. I added lemon zest to both the dough and glaze. I’d definitely purchase the mix again.

This is the second time I purchased this mix. I really like how simple they are to make and how few ingredients it uses. I prefer savory scones and this mix works well with scallions and cheese or herbs. I may try it with chocolate chips and berries this time though!

A favorite! I like being able to make the mix my own! I sometimes replace the oil with grated, frozen butter for a gentle change in texture! And don’t get me started on flavor profiles, savory to sweet the possibilities are endless; however, I do love the combination of cranberry and orange, my favorite! Scones are my favorite quick bread!

I received this mix as a Christmas present from my daughter. I added orange juice as the liquid and chocolate bits. Delicious! I might add a bit of orange zest or peel for a bit stronger orange flavor next time. And..there will be a next time.

I bought this for my mother in law after we had trouble finding plain scones in our area. I made the first batch and she ate all the scones in one week. Just made the second batch today. I use low fat sour cream and butter flavored oil and they really do come out nice. Easy, fast and delicious scones. Thank you
