Summer substation!

On my first visit to Ballston Spa I was blessed with a cup of purple papayaberry. It was so good I had to start making it at home. Totally refreshing ice tea!

Purple Perfection!

This is the perfect summer tea! I was hooked from the first cup I had while dining at the WK. I have enjoyed it both hot and iced. Cool Tea!

Has a very light flavor, I though it had a slight taste of cotton candy. I added one drop of lemon juice and it turned from blue to purple, just like a science experiment!
