Hibiscus

Herbal Tea

Hibiscus is a sweet but tart liquid that many find refreshing whether it’s prepared hot or cold. This refreshing tea can be sweetened with sugar or honey, but many people feel that the tea is sweet enough to drink without any additives. Many types of herbal tea combine hibiscus with other ingredients, such as rose hips or mint. A lot of people use hibiscus to lower blood pressure.

Refreshing

This is a very bright, almost citrusy cup. Very refreshing.

Great fruity flavor

Great fruity flavor. I am liking this tea more and more as I drink it. It took me a while to get the proportions right for my taste (I am still playing around with how much to use). While the descriptions liken it to lemonade, it reminds me more of cranberry juice. I like it iced as well as hot, in fact, I have started keeping a pitcher in the fridge for when I want to get a quick drink.

To Your Health

I have just started to use this produce to try and help with heart and blood sugars. Can not say as of yet if it is helping with that. I can state that it is very tasty. Can stand on it's own for flavor, but I have been mixing it with Honeybush Cider from here

Sweet and Safe

I decided to try this when I realized that I was probably gonna be fighting a losing battle with heart problems within the next few years, since it is supposed to be good for that. I was surprised when I tried it that I actually like the taste! I now try to give this to all my friends to try, and most of them love it too!
