Hibiscus

I love the tart taste of this tea, along with the deep red color. I have a cup every night before bedtime.

I am not one to write reviews, but this is by far the best hibiscus tea I have ever had. Must admit it is better than mine used to be. Rich, flavorful, oh so good.

Excellent hot or chilled

Fresh, tart, bright, everything I could want in a hibiscus tea! It's good hot, iced, or especially the way one of my favorite tea shops serves it: hibiscus lemonade. I will say as far as brewing instructions go, I recommend 1 tbsp to 1 cup of water rather than 1 tsp (try to scoop a tsp of dried hibiscus and you'll see why).

So fresh! Best quality hibiscus I’ve found. I love it as an iced tea and found that if you brew it together with a little lemon verbena it is less tart.

I made ice tea from the hibiscus tea and it was so wonderful. It was refreshing and is perfect for the hot summer.

After discovering that hibiscus tea was proven effectively to lower high blood pressure in “How Not to Die” I started drinking the tea. I initially struggled to find good quality hibiscus online. This is by far the best I’ve found. Please keep this in stock!!

Once I got the brew time to my taste I thought it was delicious. Can be tart so play with it.

As an iced tea, this tea is so refreshing! A touch of sweetener creates a sweet/tart combo that can't be beat. I ordered several more bags so I can keep a pitcher in the fridge all summer long.

I really lived the brisk, assertive flavor of this tea. With a touch of stevia fir sweetening it is a non-caffeine pick-me-up. Highly recommended!

A very nice color and taste. I used it to make a fantastic "mocktail". Hibiscus, cinnamon sticks and black peppercorns...(not my recipe ).

One of my new favorites! Refreshing and delicious. No need for any sweeteners. My 8 year old daughter loves it too! This will definitely be one of my go-to iced teas this summer! Highly recommend.

This is really a refreshingly tart tea. I combine 3-4 of the blossoms with other herbal and green teas I like to enjoy.

I've tried hibiscus teas before, and while I like them well enough, I wouldn't say I'm wild for it. My main reason for trying it was that my order was just a few dollars shy of qualifying for free shipping, but let me tell you - half way through my first cup, it had already earned a top-five spot among my favorite teas EVER!! I've hardly put a dent in the bag, and I'm already back to order more! The flavor is fruity, and beautifully tart, with notes of cranberry and ripe raspberries, with just a hint of sweetness, but none of the artificial aftertaste that fruity teas sometimes have. It's delicious both hot, or over ice, and is even a nice addition to other fruit flavored loose leaf blends - not to mention the color, which is utterly to die for! I really can't recommend this tea highly enough, and will be completely heartbroken if WK discontinues it!

Creates a delicious tisane alone (iced or hot) or added to my favorite teas. It is so hard to find quality hibiscus, and to find whole leaves is amazing. These are fresh and wonderful for summer or anytime you want a refreshing drink with no added sugar. Great for adults or kids.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Hibiscus to me is the epitome of fruity tea flavor both iced and hot. This versatile tea has a delicious and slightly tart fruity flavor and health benefits, which is why I bought it. I use hibiscus for the base of my homemade iced teas, and I can add anything I want to it to make the best tasting combinations of iced tea that I can drink all day long. And of course when the weather gets cold, it will be a good hot tea base too. I purchase an organic ginger/honey/lemon elixir from another local vendor, and let me tell you the combination with the Whistling Kettle teas are phenomenal !! I recently purchased the WK iced tea maker and it was worth it too. I am so happy to have gotten this hibiscus tea during a promo sale and I stocked up! Thank you WK for making my summer more bearable!
