I really like the mixture of spices in this. It's great hot with a little honey.

Delicious and great when you feel under the weather. Has a natural sweetness.

This is an amazing spiced tea. It's a go to on cold night and the flavor isn't over powering.

I tried Anti-Strain by The Whistling Kettle. I steeped 4 grams in 12 ounces of 212 degree water for 7 minutes. I really loved this herbal blend! The licorice root and fennel give it the perfect amount of sweetness, the cinnamon and ginger are very warming, the orange peel gives it a bright citrus note, and the cardamom is a nice aromatic addition. I really enjoyed this! This is something I will definitely be reaching for when I’m sick, and I think it would be amazing with a little honey and a squeeze of lemon. (Who am I kidding - I’m going to reach for this even when I’m not sick. 😊) This will be great for the upcoming autumn and winter months as well.

I was exploring Ayurvedic teas and my son stopped in Whistling Kettle in Troy and got this for me as a present. I love it! It’s so calming and perfect to sip at my desk at work - a treat!

I first gave this flavor a try since it contains many of the same notes as my usual go-to relaxation tea from Aveda (if you've ever been to one of their stores or salons, you'd be offered a cup). This WK blend is SO much better! The smoothly sweet hint of licorice and cinnamon perfectly balances the fresh ginger and cardamom spice notes, and finishes with an uplifting orange zing. Pairs so well with a small dose of rock crystal sugar, but it may be sweet enough to go without. My husband's not usually a tea drinker, but this tea made him a convert. We go through enough, especially in the colder months, to justify splurging on a monthly subscription. Definitely our staple tea flavor!

The ingredients in this tea are so perfect for after a hot, spicy meal or before bed. The natural sweetness will have me buying and drinking more!

I love this tea, the cinnamon is just a little sweet, and goes so well with the licorice. None of the individual flavors are overwhelming.

Anti-strain is my favorite WK tea! I like it in the evening as a wind down tea. It’s not a sweet tea but it has a sweet aftertaste. It’s soothing and delicious.

I love black licorice, so my daughter sent some of this tea to me. (She lives in upstate NY and I live in CA). The flavor definitely has a licorice taste, but it's not overwhelming and there is a nice blend of other flavors. When I finished my first bag, I ordered more! This will be in my tea panty going forward as a staple.

I had never tried any type of tea with licorice in it. For some reason, the combination of all the ingredients created a pleasant, yet spicy flavor. I really love it!!

What a great tea and a surprise! It’s not only delicious to drink but it’s also pleasantly up lifting. The scents are also delightful with both the fennel and cardamom being my particular favorite spices. You may want to try this tea with either Swedish Spice cookies or a nice Blueberry Muffin in the mid-afternoon for a lovely and sweet respite from the daily hullabaloo we all seem to be experiencing in these tumultuous times.

I got this as a gift in a sample. I fell in love with its fall vibes. Went perfect in the Midwest on a nice fall evening by a fire. I instantly ordered the biggest bag. It has a nice calming aroma and taste. Highly recommend

Light floral and slightly sweet taste is enjoyable and not overwhelming. The relaxing feeling I get seems to make whatever position I'm laying down in more comfortable. I drink it nightly and really like this tea!

I received this as a free sample with my order. I usually don't like tea with a cinnamon and ginger combination so I wasn't expecting to like this, I probably wouldn't have even tried it had it not been for me telling a guest to pick out the tea she wanted to try from my tea collection when we had evening tea on the deck. She picked this out and I made it and was so surprised at how the flavors blend so well with each other. I am back to buy a full-size amount because it is so pleasant. I have used up my sample and am craving more.

I have tried this particular tea because it is supposed to help with strain caused by tension, which often results in tension headaches in my case. I can say that this tea does, in fact, help with the tension headaches. When I feel one coming on I take some of this tea and it helps me to recover. In addition, the taste is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone!
