A mild, delicate green tea with a light, non-grassy profile reminiscent of white tea—clean, refreshing finish and pleasant aftertaste that holds up to several infusions. Leaves brew nicely hot or iced, blend well with jasmine, and offer subtle honey/caramel notes and balanced astringency—ideal for those who prefer gentle, everyday greens over stronger senchas.

Difficult to imagine a better green tea ---- but I will continue the search!

Robust without being overpowering. Some high notes on a foundation of balanced background with pleasant aftertaste. One of my favorites.
