New 2020 recipe! The perfect tea to drink during cold and flu season. We loaded it up with immune boosting ingredients - echinacea, elderberries, sage, rosehips and green tea. Deliciously fruity.
A 2015 study showed Echinacea to be as effective as Tamiflu during the early stages of the flu. Add some honey and it is great for a sore throat.
This is the tea to take if you feel imbalanced or sense that a cold is coming. Drink it throughout the day to minimize the cold symptoms. Also a good idea to boost immune system when everyone around you is sick.

Bought a sample of this to try and enjoyed it so much I am going to buy it for myself and for gifts. It has a slight fruity flavor but it is t overpowering. The green tea is awesome.

I got this because I am a fan of nearly all Green Teas. An added benefit of this blend is it delivers a pep in my step that is better than coffee, with no lunch-time crash. The berries add a tartness, but it's not too sour (no need for sugar)
