Jasmine Pearls are small, hand-rolled green tea leaves scented with layers of fresh jasmine. Made from the top two leaves and a bud of early spring growth, these delicate pearls unfurl in hot water to reveal a pale, luminous liquor and a clean, fragrant jasmine aroma. The flavor balances soft floral notes with a gentle, nutty green tea base and a silky, velvety mouthfeel.
