Chocolate Chai

I haven't tried this one yet. I will give it 5 stars for now. I will try the tea tonight.

I wanted to like it, but there's something a bit too artificial about it.

Just the right amount of sweet and spicy!

The first cups were very good, but as I dipped further into the bag, it became so peppery I didn’t like it. Pepper was mostly what I tasted.

This is by far my favorite after dinner tea. Smooth and slightly sweet chocolaty and more. Oh, yes I will be ordering more!!!!!

I really liked this tea! It was super spicy which is how I like my chai. Although I didn't get much chocolate flavor but still really good!

I love chocolate & you can definitely taste it in this tea. There is just enough ginger to give it a bit of a punch but not to overwhelm the other flavors. I brewed it as recommended & got 2 good steeps. I've drank it hot, room temp, & chilled. This is an excellant tea for anyone that likes both chocolate & Chai teas. I will definitely order this tea again.

I enjoy this tea after dinner sometimes as ‘dessert’. I thought the flavor was really nicely balanced. I would recommend it!

I love drinking this tea in the afternoon when I need a pick-me-up! It has great flavor without being too over powering.

I absolutely love this chocolate chai. It’s so smooth and creamy and has just the perfect amount of chocolate. It’s not sweet but satisfies my sweet tooth! I will absolutely be a repeat customer as this is a must have for me.

This tea has a good flavor however for me it’s too spicy. That is just a personal preference as I find most chai teas too heavy on the spice. But really that’s what a chai is supposed to be. I’m finding they are just not for me. But if you enjoy a nice full bodied tea this is the perfect tea for you.

Product description is spot on. I don't love all of WK's teas but this one is an absolute staple for me. I do 3 or 4 extractions of the same strainer of tea every morning with no off flavors. Have it with a really good quality milk like Battenkill Creamery.

I first discovered WK some years ago when another tea company only had one chocolate flavored tea. I googled "chocolate tea" and found Whistling Kettle and never looked back. First I tried the muli-sample packs which included all the WK teas with chocolate flavoring. It was REALLY hard to narrow them down. I have been favoring the Aztec Spice and the Chocolate Caramel for a number of years. I have now branched out to the Chocolate Chia. Before WK I had enjoyed a few really good Chai teas. On first cups I am totally satisfied. But I hope it sticks because I made a mistake when ordering and went for the large 15 oz. package. That and an equal amount of the Chocolate Caramel should last for a long time! I'll report back in a few months...

I did not expect to like it as much as I did but I really enjoyed it. I thought it was a great tea to have in place of snack or after dinner. The spices were just right and I really enjoyed the flavor and spices

It’s like having dessert (almost). Not too heavy on spices and balances nicely with the chocolate. This is one of my favorites from Whistling Kettle.

With these hot days I am making lots of iced tea. The chocolate flavor really comes through and is delicious.

The sample of Chocolate Chai I got with my order is delicious. I used a pinch of BROWN SUGAR (caramel would be great) and a drizzle of cream and am in a vacation land far away right now. DELICIOUS.

I really like this tea; it's slightly chocolate-y and slightly spicy, with a black tea base that really holds up. Another to add to my regular rotation.

A very nice chocolate chai tea that takes the best of chocolate and chai and expertly blends them together so that the flavors work together and neither over power the other. It agree with the other reviewers that it is not as spicy as a straight chai, but I find that it is the right blend of sweet/spice that make this tea work!

I like chai spices, chocolate, and tea, so trying this was a given. I really enjoy the subtle tastes that come out under the chai, and I have this one every day!
