Pomegranate Cranberry

I enjoyed this one both hot and cold brewed, and each preparation highlighted something a little different.
Hot: The smooth black tea creates the perfect base for the tart cranberry and juicy pomegranate. The raspberry adds a touch of sweetness that rounds everything out, creating a bold yet balanced cup.
Cold Brew: The fruit really comes alive! The cranberry becomes crisp and refreshing, the pomegranate tastes even juicier, and the black tea stays incredibly smooth. It makes for a refreshing iced tea that's full of bright berry flavor without being overly tart.

Pomegranate and cranberry have always been a favorite combo for me when it comes to fruity teas. It's a classic blend of red fruits that gives sweet, tart, clean, and fresh flavors. This blend is loaded with dried fruits! It's juicy and brisk and perfectly balanced with the black tea. And it smells amazing!

I enjoyed today's blend hot with a little agave syrup for sweetness. I'm excited to use the rest of my packet for a pitcher of sweet fruity iced tea this weekend. Sure to be a refreshing summer sip!

Another hit from Whistling Kettle!

I tried this tea plain, with sweetener, and my favorite way with cream and sweetener. It was delicious all three ways. It brewed up to a lovely brownish red color. I like the way the freeze dried pieces plump up when they steep. I get a heady tart and fruity aroma coming from the package. There is a maltiness coming from the black tea base. The flavor is tart, fruity and sweet with cranberries, raspberries. And pomegranate each playing a separate part but coming together in a delightful mixture. The black tea brings its strong maltiness to the blend. I really enjoyed this tea.

I was looking forward to this tea. I am a fan of Pomegranate and Raspberry. When I opened the tea the scent was amazingly fruity.... I remembered that smell from when it arrived and I opened my mailbox.....
As the tea cooled the flavors came out more and more. This tea has a smooth base and the added flavors are all wonderful!

A great tea - I love this blend!

The leaves and brewed tea have a sweet aroma. I was expecting it to be more tart from the cranberries but the sweetness from the pomegranate and subtle floral aspect of this blend cuts the tartness. It’s a very nice relaxing cup. Another blend in this series that I feel an earl grey drinker would especially enjoy. It goes well with a dash of cream and of course best enjoyed sipping on a back porch or enjoying some form of nature.

This tea was absolutely amazing! The aroma was incredible but the flavor was even better! Vibrant pomegranate takes the lead followed by bright cranberry notes and a soft floral finish. Wonderfully sweet, fruity and slightly tart. The black tea was a perfect base for this blend. It added a lovely depth, and everything was so well-balanced with no bitterness. I really enjoyed this one plain, I didn't think it need anything added to it. It was so delicious all on its own. Highly recommend!

I used 2 tsp of tea and steeped at 212° for 3 minutes.

The aroma of this loose-leaf tea is absolutely amazing and uplifting. The freeze-dried cranberry slices and raspberry pieces create a vibrant burst of berry fragrance the moment you open the package. Somehow, the peony petals still manage to subtly shine through the bold fruit notes, while the black tea provides a gentle backdrop that allows all of these wonderful flavors to take center stage.
Upon tasting, I noticed an almost caramel-like note dancing among the berries, helping to round out and balance their bright, tart character. It adds a smooth richness that makes each sip feel wonderfully layered.
I tried this tea both hot and chilled. Once cooled, the cranberry became much more prominent, while the caramel-like note I noticed in the hot tea seemed to fade away. The flavors blended together beautifully, and the tea almost took on the taste of sweet cherries. It was a fascinating transformation and made for a very refreshing cup, but I found the hot version offered the most complexity and depth.

The taste of the black tea base itself is smooth with a velvety feel and notes of cocoa and malt. This complements the cranberry and pomegranate very well, the way a fruit jelly complements dark chocolate. The flavor is heavy and fruity but is not tart. When iced, the berry flavor takes on a smoothie-like quality and the natural sweetness comes out even more. Outstanding blend, Whistling Kettle!

I cold-brewed this tea, using 4 teaspoons of tea and cold water in a mason jar. I left it in the fridge for roughly 24 hours and poured over ice, sweetening with agave before enjoying.
As a pomegranate lover, this tea does not disappoint! It’s bright, energetic, and tart! Pomegranate takes center stage, bringing a juicy-fruity quality to the cup, and cranberry sneaks in behind with a dryer, more tart flavor. It’s incredibly refreshing, and a perfect midday pick-me-up. Cold-brewing is the way to go with this tea — it’s smooth and low-astringency while still maintaining the key flavors.

This was an absolute delight to drink! I taste a very juicy cran-raspberry mix with a hint of pomegranate thrown in. All of these flavors sit beautifully on top of a medium-bodied black tea base. I love cranberry teas, and this was so delicious.

As a cold brew, this remains extremely juicy. I get more raspberry and pomegranate brewed cold. I do still taste the cranberry, but it isn’t as prominent as the hot brew.

Great when I’m craving something sweet

This is a nice fruit black tea. I can’t say if I taste the pro grange but it’s a nice light fruit flavor with a touch of tartness.

This was so surprising when I first tasted it. I remember telling my husband that it tastes like fruit candy! It became an immediate must buy. My husband says that it’s sweet for him so he enjoys it on occasion but prefers slightly less sweet flavors.

I don't like to flavor of this tea.

This tea is very flavorful and I like to drink it without sweetener.

I received this tea as a sample in my last order. This tea works remarkably well with a little milk and sugar to bring the tart cranberry-pomegranate taste out. It tastes like a cranberry scone with glaze prepared that way and I’m here for it!

This is my go to afternoon tea in the winter. Yum!
