Lovers Leap (Orange Pekoe)

Trying samples right now. Angels dream is my first cup. Flavor is lovely and full of healthy petals.

I agree with the review that stated this tea has a "bite" to it. I much prefer the dark rich smoothness of the WK German Breakfast tea. I think some of the persons that reviewed this tea definitely should try the German Breakfast. I have tried this tea hot, warm, & chilled but am not a fan of the "bite". This is not a tea I would reorder.

This tea is so flavorful. It’s a great, strong tea. Wonderful afternoon cuppa!

This is a great mild caffeine option for evening or days you need less of a pick up. The flavor was pleasant and mild in that nothing was Overpowering but still had the black tea profile. This should be a staple for any regular black tea drinker. I will order a larger quantity and keep it in my stash. Recommend

I am sorry, but I did not care for this tea. It tasted like regular tea.

My family absolutely loves this robust yet delicate tea. It is one of the few that we can agree on as a family. Ordering it by the pound, it feels like an absolute steal.

I grew up drinking loose tea, and as a youngster I always knew when Mama was “cooking tea”. Back then there no blended flavors and it tasted like the Happy Valley Darjeeling. Blending Lovers Leap with it makes a unique tea drinking experience.

I love this tea, some may consider it too brisk but the notes of honey make it a softer elegance. It's beautiful to warm up your morning and enjoy it even at night. It is a classic tea and if you are into black teas it's a must-have in your tea collection.

I found this after my husbands favorite blend (from other company) was discontinued. Reading what the blend was I went hunting, you won. He drinks this more than he ever did the other and not blended either!

Excellent way to brighten up a cloudy morning....and afternoon. (It has been pretty cloudy here in CNY lately.) This tea and some good music lift the spirits.

This is a fine simple tea. Classic flavor. Nothing but tea leaves. Hearty enough to satisfy my preference for strong black tea. A keeper.

This tea is delicious. I switched from coffee to tea in the mornings and after starting my day with this well-balanced tea for the past few months, I find coffee too sour. This tea is somehow both delicate and substantial. I prefer with agave nectar and a splash of milk, but it really doesn't need it.

I’ve ordered from the whistling kettle before and LOVE all the tea I’ve tried. Usually I receive my tea in 2 days. This time I received the email that it had shipped (with a tracking number that didn’t work) and then my tea showed up a week later. I’m just glad it came.

To be honest, I'm not crazy about this hot. I'd like to try it as an iced tea as it seems it might hold up well to being served cold.

I made this as an iced tea and it worked out nicely. I can tell the tea is fresh. The only thing is the package says “TSP to 8oz of water.” This is confusing because usually a teaspoon is abbreviated in lowercase. I used tablespoon since sometimes the uppercase abb. can be interpreted as tablespoon and it turned out too strong. After the fact I saw on their website it’s states “teaspoon.” Not located on the bag anywhere.

I use this to make ice tea. better than anything you will find in a store

I'm a black tea lover and this one really hits the spot in the mornings when I first get up. I drink only hot tea, but I'm sure iced tea lovers would like this one for a cold drink. I'll continue to purchase this along with my favorite, Snowflake Tea.

This is a wonderful tea that is bright and has a "bite" to it. I live in south-east Texas, so I definitely drink it iced. Don't over-make (you should make small batch fresh daily) because it will cloud in the fridge. Tastes the same, but looks less desirable.

This is one of my favorite teas to make ice tea with. I have stopped buying ice tea at coffee shops because my husband and I love this tea.

My wife knows I love tea, and bought this one on a recommendation from the staff for those who enjoy their tea iced. I love this one and have bought more many times. I used to go to store to resupply, but found the web site far better (free shipping if you buy enough) although the Troy location is great to visit, just a little out of my way. I suppose I should try different kinds, but I like this one so much, I'm sticking to it.

I like my orange pekoe style teas. I tried this one, and I was impressed by the higher flavor it has if compared with prebagged tea. If you like black tea, I am sure that you will find this one to be particularly pleasing.
