German Breakfast

I will admit, I am not a fan of malt. This tea is very smooth, very delicious, and is a fantastic breakfast tea. However, compared to Scottish Breakfast, this tea does have a bit of a malty taste at the finish. Because of that, I use Scottish Breakfast as my daily breakfast tea.

I was looking for a very specific, very bold flavor profile in a morning breakfast tea that would serve as a coffee substitute. This tea hit the nail on the head. Incredibly bold, copper and malt notes along with leather and tobacco. I make a full pot early in the day and drink it piping hot with cream. I know it's exceptional because I've offered a cup to guests that immediately want to know where I purchased it. If you're looking for eye-opening coffee killer, this tea will rock your world.

German Breakfast Tea is one of my favorites - although it is hard to find!!
This blend is wonderfully smooth with warm caramelly notes. I love it anytime of the day or night!

This tea is what really brought me to WK. I received the monthly subscription as a gift and this tea stood out as an exceptional black tea blend. I had previously been a mainly bag tea drinker and fully converted after drinking this tea. I drink my tea black. This tea is robust and strong but without the bitterness of a bag tea. I've tried several of the other blends and this is my favorite.

Love this tea .. my go to was always English breakfast for a plain black tea this is a another favorite
