Sleep Tight

I can't say enough good things about this tea and its ability to put me into a sound sleep naturally each night. My husband even started struggling to stay asleep at night, so I offered him a cup one night to see if it would help. No surprise to me, he also slept like a baby log. I've used the Celestial Seasonings Extra Sleepy bags in a pinch when I've run out of WK's Sleep Tight, and they just don't compare - not even close. This one's a staple in our household from here on out.

Good morning. I do travel up to Cambridge NY in the soring and summer and had no idea about you. I go through Troy and would love to stop on your place! I have been dealing with extreme insomnia since 1974 as a child at 2 years old. I've been. Put on medications , melatonin, gabupentin , etc. I'm 52 years old now and nothing has worked. I've tried teas, hypnosis , you name it I've done it. So I figured I'd google teas. So I read your reviews and it sounded like people were having the same issues. I'm a huge skeptic . I've been drinking sleep tight for about a week. I've slept straight through the night. For 50 years ( unless I was drunk in my 20s) I would get 3 to 4 hours of sleep every night. Try doing that and work. Sucks. Anyway. I'm am on Facebook telling everyone about your tea. I feel rested , energized, think clearly , and feeling good about myself. Thank you so much. This tea is a perfect addition to my nightly routine to wind down at the end of the day. The taste is light and fruity, much more pleasant than just a simple chamomile tea. It definitely helps me relax and prepare for sleep

I've been buying this tea for years, in large quantities, because it tastes really good, smells insanely good (kind of like fruit loops or minty cookies, depending on how long it's been steeping, and the smell fills a room!), and best of all, it helps me sleep like no other tea can accomplish. The valerian root is so important. This tea gives me vivid, wonderful dreams, and great sleep. It's relaxing during the day too. I can't get enough of this tea!
