Autumn Haze

I discovered this tea two fall seasons ago and it has become a favorite. For a while I was fairly certain, if you cut my veins, I would bleed this tea. Just a touch of milk added and you have the best fall or winter tea. I stock up for summer months as this tea can be seasonal. (They need to make this a year round thing for addicts like me) Nice tea and maple balance.

I do like this tea, but the maple flavor isn't quite strong enough for my taste. The scent is very strong and lingers- if I brew this in the morning, my kitchen still smells of maple the next day- but when it comes to flavor, the maple is only an aftertaste. It's still nice, I'll probably still order it again, but there's room for improvement!

I was really hoping for this to make a wonderful latte based on the description and flavors. And while the tea is good, flavor is not strong enough to hold up to a latte, even when brewed double strength. On its own, the flavor is present still rather light for a black tea. I'll finish the sample, but I probably will not rebuy this. If you're looking for a delicate fall flavor, this is for you.

True to the description but could be stronger for my personal preference. Works great as a latte!

This has a great, sweet maple-vanilla aroma and taste. I like spiced blends for Fall/Autumn, too, but it’s really nice to be able to find and enjoy other flavors of Fall without all the heavy spice levels, and something that taste very different from chai as well.
I actually got notes of dried fruit when I was tasting it, but not really a seperate hazelnut note; just a general vanilla creaminess with maple and raisin sweetness. But I really enjoyed that flavor combination. The tea strength is what I like, made as directed, but if you make a double-strength concentration, this makes an excellent tea latte with foamed milk also! I think this blend is only available seasonally, so having to wait will be tough!

I am always looking for new teas to try and Autumn Haze really peaked my taste buds! Very smooth with a hint of sweetness. It is a keeper!

I like the little pieces of maple.

This is one of the most delicious teas I have ever tasted. So smooth with just a hint of sweetness from the maple. It definitely evokes a sense of Autumn & the warm cozy feeling of a crackling fire.

I love the way this smells in the bag and as it steeps. It reminds me of maple fudge in a cup. Its a little to maple forward for me personally but my husband absolutely loves it.

Wonderfully reminiscent of Fall with a Maple Flavor and a hint of vanilla. This tea will warm you up on a chilly day. Another great seasonal tea.

Perfect blend of black tea and maple flavor, with just a hint of vanilla so as not to overpower the other flavors. Essential for autumn.

Autumn Haze had fallen off of our "radar" until the sale brought it back to our minds. The tea has such a wonderful flavor, with the combination of hazelnut, vanilla, and maple keeping us in mind of both Autumn and Oregon (the latter through the hazelnut flavor). It may be "Autumn", but we will enjoy it all year long.

I really enjoy this tea. I like nut blends, and the maple & hazelnut combination really hits the spot. I drink it without any milk or cream, and just a little sugar (which I do for most teas). If you like Snowflake or Celebration tea, give this a try!

Love this tea! Such a warm comforting sip in every cup! Perfect with a little splash of cream and, wait for it, bourbon!

By far... my favorite of all teas available from the Whistling Kettle... amazing aroma and outstanding taste. I highly recommend.

I bought this tea for the first time recently. I love the flavor of maple and this tea tastes as wonderful as it smells. The maple is not overpowering or too sweet, just right. Love making a cup of this tea to enjoy in the afternoon! Will definitely purchase this again!

Autumn Haze is a favorite of mine from the Whistling Kettle. I enjoy it with a splash of milk and a little honey. I really enjoy the maple flavor that transports me to carefree crisp Fall days that I can only dream about down here in South Florida!

I'm a sucker for teas that just projects the feel of autumn and the description and ingredients helped in making me pick up a packet. With its maple, vanilla and hazelnuts smell and flavours I was hopeful for a medium brew with strength. Don't get me wrong it's still very delicious but fell short on the punch of flavour for me. For those who enjoy a light flavouring, this will be a favourite I'm sure. Pairs well with cream although I will recommend making a small batch of maple and vanilla creme to make it all the more delicious!

Just opening up the package made my entire room smell like warm maple syrup smothered pancakes and I LOVED IT. Taste is super great.

I’m so happy to see this blend back again this year! We got this in a sampler towards the end of last season and fell in love! We went to order more and sadly, they were already sold out for the season. We were really hoping to see it come back again and when saw it did I ordered the biggest bag available! Yay! It’s one our favorites to snuggle up under a blanket with and enjoy a cozy autumn evening in. Try this one...you won’t regret it!

Loved this when I had it brewed hot at the shop. Bought a pound to make for myself at home, but I cannot recreate the taste - no matter how carefully I follow the brewing directions. My requests for assistance from TWK have gone unanswered, so I’m pretty sad. I was so hoping to continue enjoying this tea as I did during my visit to the shop.

It starts with the aroma, sweet, warm, inviting and then when you take that first sip it transports you away from the busy office to the warmth of a couch, under a blanket, watching snow fall or listening to the evening rain. So good I came back for a second, bigger purchase in less than a month.
