Full brewing instructions: Place the tuo cha in a teapot or gaiwan and pour boiling water over it for about 15 seconds to rinse, then discard the rinse water. Refill with 8 oz of boiling water and steep 3 to 5 minutes, adjusting to taste. When the cup is down to roughly 1/3 left, top off with boiling water to continue sipping, this re-steep approach yields 3 to 4 enjoyable infusions.
