We have been selling the Stagg EKG for a while now and while it has quickly become a favorite, we're even bigger fans of the Corvo.
Identical in construction to the Stagg EKG, the Corvo features a traditional spout rather than a gooseneck. While the gooseneck is the preferred design for pourover coffee, and maybe even single-cup tea preparation, we find that for a regular spout is a bit more versatile. Especially when dealing with larger volumes of water.
Making iced tea in our Conflicted Brewer? The Corvo is the ticket. Making french press coffee? Reach for the Corvo.
Similar to the Stagg, the Corvo EKG features an electronically-controlled temperature setting, so when we say that Genmaicha is best brewed at 175° F, you can be sure you're brewing at 175° F.
