This recipe is blended to creamy perfection and is a great way to switch up your matcha intake. The sweet vanilla ice cream helps balance out the earthiness of matcha - making for a great combination.

No matcha preparation needed! Simply take all your ingredients and toss into a blender - it doesn't get easier than that!

For a Saint Patrick's Day spike - feel free to add a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream before blending.

Tips for Success

If you're using regular matcha powder, add 1 tsp mint extract.

For the creamiest results, we suggest using whole milk for this shake. You can use other types of milk but beware the end result may be a little thinner. To thicken your shake - add extra ice cream or add heavy cream 2 tbsp at a time until thickened to preference.

Since you're using matcha - you don't have to add any food coloring. If you want to up the intensity of the color, you can add a few drops of green food coloring.
