This organic herbal blend combines chamomile, peppermint, spearmint, honeybush, hibiscus, and rose for a soothing, caffeine-free tea. I steeped 4 grams in 16 ounces of 212 degree water for 5 minutes. I am so in love with this herbal blend! The peppermint and spearmint are very cooling, the honeybush, rose hip, and hibiscus add a touch of sweetness, the chamomile is soothing, and the rose petals give it a light floral note. I would say the peppermint and spearmint are the most dominant flavors. Everything in this blend works beautifully and it’s perfect to have after dinner as a digestive aid. There’s such a relaxing quality to it! A big plus (for me) is that it’s all organic and there’s no added flavorings! I absolutely love this herbal blend and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a cozy cup of herbal tisane at end of the day.

Total body tea is one that I love to drink because it helps with my digestion, my work stress, and my blood pressure. No, its not a cure, but this tea is one in my arsenal of health focused teas that I get from WK. The mint and honeybush give it a nice balance and I only put a little raw honey in this as it doesnt need any really. Its great anytime of day for me, and I keep this one stocked!

The following morning after having this tea I felt cleansed refreshed and had a great nights sleep love it , defo gonna buy a bigger packet of it probs the 60 cups one it will last me a while but I dont think I'll drink more than 2 cups a week, only had it on a friday end of the week so far and cant wait to have it again this friday 😁
