4g (~2 tsp) Ceremonial Grade Matcha
4 oz hot water (not boiling)
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz choice of milk
Ice cubes

Butterfly Blue Vanilla Cold Foam Ingredients

½ tsp Butterfly Blue Matcha
1.5 oz heavy cream
1 oz whole milk
½ oz vanilla syrup

Directions

Earth Day Matcha Latte Recipe

Sift 4g (~2 tsp) matcha powder into a small bowl
Slowly add 4oz hot water (not boiling). Whisk briskly in a “W” or “M” motion with a matcha whisk until the tea becomes frothy with fine bubbles and no visible lumps.
Add 1 oz simple syrup and 2 oz milk to matcha and mix. Set aside.
Using the back of a spoon, spread marshmallow fluff along top portion of your glass to make small clouds.
Fill glass to top with ice.
Pour matcha over ice.
In a separate tall cup, combine 1 ½ oz heavy cream, 1 oz whole milk, and ½ oz vanilla syrup. SIFT in ½ tsp Butterfly Blue Matcha. Using an electric hand frother, mix until thick *do not overmix to prevent ingredients from separating*
Top matcha with butterfly blue vanilla cold foam
