On my first visit to Ballston Spa I was blessed with a cup of purple papayaberry. It was so good I had to start making it at home. Totally refreshing ice tea!

Purple Perfection!

This is the perfect summer tea! I was hooked from the first cup I had while dining at the WK. I have enjoyed it both hot and iced. It is a refreshing blend of flavors and makes a beautiful looking tea. Get yourself a clear glass or mug because you will want to enjoy the gorgeous color while you are drinking your delicious tea.
