Rooibos Tea and Honeybush Tea
Rooibos tea (also known as Red Bush) has a distinctive deep red infusion and its taste is naturally sweet and slightly nutty. The name Rooibos comes from the Afrikaans word for 'red bush'. The Rooibos plant is a small shrubby bush that only grows in South Africa. Rooibos tea contains many antioxidants and trace minerals. Honeybush is a close cousin and exhibits a slightly sweeter flavor. It's not uncommon to see both of these teas mixed together. Naturally caffeine free, these make a great tea for the end of the day.
