Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is semi-oxidized, meaning it is in between black tea and green tea. Oolong teas do not have the grassy flavor of green tea, but aren't as strong as black tea. Oolongs have some of the most complex and labor intensive processing methods, which gives them perhaps some of the most prized and unique flavor profiles of all tea groups.
