Balancing

My yoga instructor served this tea at a meditation class. I'm not a fan of fruity teas or super spicy teas (like tumeric). This is a relaxing tea.

I’m not a huge cinnamon in my tea lover but this is just the right amount of spice to not overdo it for me. Good for mornings in my opinion!

This is my go-to tea now! The taste is delicious, it's a nice, light, floral tea. Perfect with just a bit of honey. Most importantly it really does make me feel more balanced and is a great way to start my day!

I am more than pleased with the Balancing Tea sample size. It is definitely my new go-to tea for afternoon or evening. An unusual interplay of ingredients, it actually does feel balancing for the frazzled energy and difficulty focusing that comes with that 2-4pm dip at work. It's relaxing, but also I feel more able to think clearly and with ease.

A cup of this after work puts you in the right place. Naturally light sweet with a great aroma and a clean after taste.
