love the taste of this tea.. light and refreshing and smooth
i usually have a difficult time staying asleep but this tea certainly helped me to get a more restful night of sleep. The taste was somewhat medicinal but not at all unpleasant to me. I didn't find the valerian unappealing and the other flavors in the blend certainly improve the taste.
I hate valerian root. It stinks up the whole house, and it tastes awful. I also have a hard time waking up from a dose of pure valerian. So, I tried this. I think it has some valerian in it, but it didn't mess me up. It tastes pretty good, helps me sleep, and doesn't leave me feeling wiped out the next morning.
