Pure dried honey and green tea are finely ground into a powder for easy dissolving. Whisk, blend or froth the milk to fully dissolve the matcha. Because honey is in this blend, minimal sweeter is required.

By itself, as with all the other flavored matchas here - it will not taste like much. It needs some sweetner to balance the matcha astringency.
I didn't want to use honey - sort of defeats the purpose, so I added just a little sugar. Sure enough - bursting with honey goodness.
