I love the directions on the side for making tea, it takes the guesswork out of everything from temperature to amount of tea to steep time and to how much water should go in. It pairs perfectly with the kettle iced tea blend! We did have issues with the diffuser silicone seal being torn by the sharp edge at the top after just 10 uses or so. It's still there but probably won't last much longer. Overall great product! Just needs one minor improvement

This ice tea maker is so easy to use and makes a wonderful tea. We drink your black tea which we love hot and now as ice tea. Can't wait to try other types and flavors of ice tea.

Excellent ice tea maker. Glass is thick and solid. Has worked great with both hot water and with overnight cold brewing.

I watched the video and that convinced me to buy it - and it really is great. So well designed, with all the measurements for every variety of tea right there. Every batch I've made has been delicious, with the guesswork taken out of it. The only improvement I would suggest is to offer a long-handled brush for cleaning the inner cylinder.

I loved the idea of this tea pot so much that I bought two right from the start. After brewing the very first batch of tea, I tried to remove the lid and the silicone seal was so tight the glass pitcher flew right out of my hand and shattered everywhere. I am not able to remove the lid from the second pitcher I purchased, and due to the design this makes for interesting washing when you use fruit in the tea. It is very difficult to wash. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward to making a variety of iced teas, but the design of the lid of this teapot makes it tough to use.
