Immune tea sampler
Keeping your immune system in top condition is the best way to avoid getting sick, or to beat back sickness before they can become a real problem. Luckily tea is one of the best things to drink to keep your immune system stimulated. We've selected our top 6 teas for our immune tea sampler.
Immune tea sampler selection #1: Shaolins Grove Green Tea
Green tea is very beneficial to the immune system because it contains large amounts of EGCG (an anti-oxidant) and L-theanine (an amino acid only found in tea). These have been shown to strengthen the immune system by boosting T cell activity. These are the cells that attack external bodies that infiltrate your. Any green tea (or white tea) will do this job. We chose Shaolin's Groove because of its great taste (light jasmine and tropical fruit notes) plus three different types of green tea and a bonus white tea. Great flavor and lots of EGCG in one package.
Because it contains some caffeine, and EGCG is known for improved brain function, we do not recommend taking this before bed.

This blend has some green tea to provide the aforementioned benefits, but a variety of supporting herbs.
Echinacea - a 2015 study showed Echinacea to be as effective as Tamiflu during early stages of the flu.

Sage - Nutrient rich, an anti-oxidant powerhouse - helps protect against bacterial and viral infections.
