! If you do not understand our reference to a very beloved hip-hop artist, do not worry. We only hope one day we will be sent a bottle of his highly coveted MOD Selection Champagne
to go with our amazing tea. Although our tea isn't bubbly, it is very refreshing. Let's dive in to the flavor profiles of what makes Champagne Passionfruit Mango a new all-star tea.
Perfectly smooth, energizing and refreshing. Ge swept away by this smooth, fruity sensation. Enjoy a wonderful blend of green tea, black tea and white tea at once without being overpowered by caffeine. A touch of dried mango, passionfruit, ginger and grape keep you reeling for more. Champagne Passionfruit Mango is a combination of everything you would want in a tea - and it tastes best in a chilled cup, over ice on a hot summer day.

What you need:
This recipe calls for brewing the tea hot first.* You can let the tea rest and the chill or pour directly over ice once steeping is complete.
The Conflicted Brewer or 46oz *Glass* Iced Tea Pitcher (we are suggesting a glass pitcher due to the hot brew during steeping). You also have the option to brew the tea in the Brewer and then transfer it into a larger pitcher and then serve.
1 Large infuser or Loose-Leaf Paper Tea Bags - we suggest the paper tea bags because they are long enough to submerge into your pitcher if you are not using The Conflicted Brewer*
- 4 tbsp Champagne Passionfruit Mango
1.5 tbsp Mango Puree - We like this one.
- Lots of Cubed Ice
Long-handled spoon or stirrer to mix
Optional: Rock Sugar or a brown sugar rim-sugar on half the glass if you would like to dress up your cup for a fancier cocktail look.
Champagne Passionfruit Very Mango Mocktail
- Boil 32oz of water.
- Add 4 tbsp Champagne Passionfruit Mango into Conflicted Brewer infuser. If you are using The Conflicted Brewer, make sure to fasten infuser onto lid.*
- Submerge infuser or tea bag and steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove infuser or tea bag.
- Let carafe rest for 30 minutes or until it sets at room temperature.
Pouring Instructions depending on type of glass:
Dublin glass: Chill glass for 5 minutes in freezer. Pour 1 teaspoon of Mango Puree into each glass. Add 2 ice cubes. Pour tea into each glass until half full, then stir each glass until puree mixes. Top off with ice. If using a rimmer, rim the cup before pouring contents into the glass.*
Brewer: Pour 1.5 tablespoons of Mango Puree into Brewer. Stir tea and puree until mixed. Top off with ice.
Tumbler: Pour ice until a quarter-way full in mug or tumbler. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Mango Puree. Stir contents until mixed. Add more tea until 3/4 of the way full. Top off with ice and enjoy on the go!
