Recommended tea for pregnancy

Pregnancy can be tough if you are used to a cup of coffee or tea, as it is recommended to avoid caffeine. Decaf teas exist, and while they are 99% caffeine free, there still will be trace amounts that exist. There are different opinions on whether this is too much, so we recommend you speak to your doctor.
