HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. (excluding tea of the month subscriptions). In most cases, we ship priority or first class USPS and provide customers with tracking numbers in their confirmation e-mail. Gift cards purchased by themselves will NOT have tracking numbers.

The Whistling Kettle has no control over packages AFTER they leave our facility.
There may be rare instances where a particular item is unavailable or cannot be shipped in our normal 1-2 business day time frame. We will contact you by e-mail if there will be a delay and provide you with options.
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT HASN'T ARRIVED?
There may be instances where a particular shipment has been delayed due to weather or other issue with the shipper. If you are concerned, please contact us (e-mail is recommended) and we will investigate. In most cases, if we cannot find your package we will re-ship the product.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We will replace any damaged equipment with a replacement. We will accept refunds on other products for a period of 30 days after purchase. Please select contact us and send us your details and we will work with you to arrange the return. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for ordering the wrong item. We also recommend purchasing samples of teas you are not familiar with prior to purchasing larger amounts.
