This blend, based on traditional Ayurvedic and Western herbs and botanicals, helps to rebuild wellness from within, releasing stagnation and enlivening the senses.

Organic Rooibos: A benefit of Rooibos tea lies in its flavonoid content. Flavonoids have the anti-spasmodic properties highly sought by asthmatics, those with bronchial problems requiring a bronchiodilator, and those suffering from allergies. Anti-inflammatory properties help in these cases, too. A cloth moistened in the hot tea and inhaled is said to be beneficial in these instances.

Organic Spearmint leaf: fights infections, calms the stomach, aids in digestion, great for colds and flu.

Organic Fennel Seed: Rich in phytoestrogens, Fennel is often used for colic, gas, irritable bowel, kidneys, spleen, liver, lungs, suppressing appetite, and increasing urine flow. Fennel is also commonly used to treat amenhorrea, angina, asthma, anxiety, depression, heartburn, water retention, lower blood pressure, boost libido, respiratory congestion, & coughs.

Organic Linden Flowers: Linden flowers contain a few different health benefits, but are most commonly used for treating a cold or a cough, and related symptoms or ailments. The aromatic herb helps to alleviate a stuffy noise and clear nasal passages, as well as break up mucus from the throat. Other health benefits of linden flowers are for reducing stress on the body, as well as having a light calming effect, serving to help reduce anxiety. Various studies have also shown the linden flower to be successful at treating stomach pains and relieving gas pressure

Organic Licorice Root: Licorice root has an impressive list of well documented uses and is probably one of the most over-looked of all herbal remedies. It is used for many ailments including asthma, athlete's foot, b aldness, body odour, bursitis, canker sores, chronic fatigue, depression, colds and flu, coughs, dandruff, emphysema, gingivitis and tooth decay, gout, heartburn, HIV, viral infections, fungal infections, ulcers, liver problems, Lyme disease, menopause, psoriasis, shingles, sore throat, tendinitis, tuberculosis, ulcers, yeast infections, prostate enlargement and arthritis.

Organic Neem: act as anti bacterial, anti parasitic, anti fungal, anti protozoal and anti viral thus helps in protection from all the microorganisms, which are always ready to invade in our body causing serious ailments.

Organic Cinnamon chips: stimulates digestion and circulation, fights bacterial, fungal and viral infections milk thistle seed: safely cleans and protects the liver, the bodys most important organ for cleansing, also lowers cholesterol

Organic Elderberry :Used for its antioxidant activity, to lower cholesterol, improve vision, boost the immune system, improve heart health and for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections and tonsilitis.

Organic Echinacea: should be of particular interest during the cold and flu season when you are exposed to these illnesses on a regular basis. When used correctly it is the closest thing to a cure for the common cold

To me the spearmint really comes through in the taste of this tea. You can feel the calming in your stomach with the first sip. I love the health punch the rest of the immune-support ingredients bring without compromising the taste. (Posted on 9/4/2017)
The best 'immune tea out there'Review by Kev
Over the years I've always like to have some sort of 'sick' tea handy, especially during cold and flu season. The problem is, a lot of the companies have changed hands or gone under, so there was a lot of inconsistency. This tea has the most effective ingredients - I could not find any one else that offers that same combo and is actually drinkable. (Posted on 4/25/2016)
Good for you, and tasty too!Review by Arelan
My mother gave me remedial teas from a fairly early age. I remember the distinct, dirty gym sock odor, and accompanying taste that no honey could ever mask. It continued to prove the notion that if something was good for me, it also had to taste terrible.

Well, no longer! The list of ingredients in Feel Better tea says it all. Each ingredient alone can do wonderful things for the body, and this tea is chock full of them. And the best part is, the combination is pretty harmonious in flavor. I don't feel the need to sweeten it at all, (Granted, I very rarely sweeten my tea since I found some that doesn't taste like a gym sock.) and what's more, it tastes good enough to drink even when you don't need to feel better. And then you get the preventative benefits of all those herbs and spices. It's a wonderful health blend, suitable for just about anyone, because it's got something in it for everyone.
