Most of us experience muscle aches, pains, and cramps at one point or another throughout our lives. Treatment for pain is commonly something that is pharmaceutical in nature; over the counter medications, muscles relaxers, and different analgesic balms are commonly used to combat the pains and pangs that are associated with muscles aches. While there are typically four different things that might cause muscles pain - injury, overexertion, illness, or inflammation - the result is the same; those who are experiencing these symptoms want the pain gone.
