What makes our Tea of the Month Club different?
1 - Our selections are in most cases, not from the existing loose tea catalog. We are constantly getting special shipments from our importers and blenders. We sample them here ourselves, and offer them to you. Think of it as a VIP pass.
2 - We have many high end customers and as a result, sometimes have extra high end teas to offer Tea of the Month Club members. In many cases, the teas are worth much more than the subscription price.
3 - Our Teas of the Month are meant to expose you to all types of teas, of all categories both flavored and unflavored. Consider it a way to increase your tea palette. We also ship some of the new cutting edge blends as soon as our master blenders send them to us.
In conclusion - our Tea of the Month Club makes a great gift, or a better way for you to try out interesting teas you might have never tried or even though to try.

How long does it take to get my first shipment?
Please allow up to 6 weeks to get your 1st shipment. We ship out the 1st week or two of each month, but allocate the teas at the end of the prior month.
Can I subsitute teas?
Unfortunantly - no. We tried this at one point, but there were too many requests that made it impossible to offer a wide range of different teas, especially keeping to our policy of teas NOT in the catalog.Think of it like this - it would be like joining a wine of the month club and asking only for Australian Shiraz, or joining a beer of the month club and asking for no Pale Ales.
What if I don't like the tea that I got?
We try all the teas to make sure they are "servable". You may not fall in love with every tea, just like you wont automatically fall in love with every type of wine, beer, cheese, etc. What we try to do is offer teas that represent new takes on flavors, or representative teas of certain growing region. This way you can distinguish Darjeeling from Ceylon.
