Create an account and you'll have access to all your order history, including tracking numbers. Creating accounts (instead of checking out via guest) also earns you rewards points on all purchases. Please note that tracking numbers may not work for the first 24-72 hours depending on the day shipped. We also e-mail out a confirmation e-mail with tracking as well.

WHEN WILL I GET IT?

TEASAVER BASIC SHIPPING

Basic shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed  at the time of shipment for most items except gift cards. Delivery in the lower 48 states is typically 1-3  days AFTER shipping. Please allow longer periods for other areas. International customers can contact us for shipping countries that are not listed on our website. In most cases we will be able to accomodate. Please note we have no control over delivery times.

FREE SHIPPING

Most items over $50 receive free teasaver basic shipping.

TEALUXE DELUXE SHIPPING

Need it fast? We guarantee same day shipping if your order is placed by 12pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be given priority processing, but same day shipment is not guaranteed. Please note that this means the shipment leaves our building the same day.  Most orders take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have control over delivery times. There are instances where weather or high volume may interfere with carrier deliveries. Sometimes packages get mis-routed or very rarely, lost. If you have a tracking number and believe there is a problem with the order (i.e. no activity for more than 72 hours) than please contact us using the link on our home page. We monitor this e-mail and will get back to you quickly with a plan of action. In the worst case scenario, we will re-ship the item if it appears to be lost.

OTHER DELAYS

If there are delays in processing your order, we will reach out to you with options. This is usually when when there is an unforseen demand for a product causing us to be out of stock. We may hold the order if we expect the shipment to arrive within a few days, or ship the back ordered item seperatly.
