Whistling Kettle Return and Replacement Policy

Shipping issues

Once your shipment leaves our facility we no longer have control over your package. In the event of an error, delayed, lost package or damaged product, please e-mail  us. In most cases we will be able to resolve the problem and find your shipment, or send a replacement out to you.

The Whistling Kettle is not responsible for late or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.


Teaware and Merch

If the product is defective or damaged please report any issues to us immediately. 

For merchandise that was ordered that is no longer needed we will accept returns up until 30 days after purchase. Items must be returned in NEW condition in original packages. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


While we recommend buying samples before trying tea, please contact us if you are unsatisfied with the tea you have purchased from us.
