In the event of an error or damaged product, please e-mail us via the contact us link on the home page. In most cases we will be able to resolve the problem by shipping out the corrected product or replacing the damaged product. We allow returns of products for 30 days after purchase, provided they are in their original packages and in new and resaleable condition. Please contact us for an RMA and instructions for shipment. Please note customers are responsible for shipment costs if the item that is being returned is not a result of our error.

If you are unsatisfied with the tea you purchased, please contact us and we will investigate the matter. Occassionaly certain batches of tea may vary or may not taste the same as previous batches. However, there is a chance that a particular batch may not be up to quality standards. If this is the case we will refund or replace your purchase. We always encourage purchasing samples before commiting to larger quanities of tea.
