Located at 24 Front Street in Ballston Spa minutes from Saratoga Springs, our retail store offers the true tea experience with a great menu of diverse, high quality foods at reasonable prices. We also offer all the teas on our web site by the pot or in bulk. We also have pots and accessories to brew the perfect pot at home.

*NOTE - We stop seating for table service approximately 30 minutes prior to close. For full service and menu availability we recommend arriving 45 minutes before close to allow time for ordering and enjoying your stay.

RESERVATION AND RESTAURANT POLICIES
Due to space and time limitations, we do NOT take reservations. For guaranteed seating we recommend arriving at 11am. We offer 15 minute call ahead seating which will put your party on the waiting list if there is one. There may still be a wait even by calling 15 minutes ahead. Groups that arrive at peak time (typically 12-2pm) may have longer waits, especially on weekends and holidays. Therefore, we encourage groups to arrive at opening or after peak hours. Please call ahead to see if the wait is longer than what you are comfortable with. Large groups (larger than 6 people) may not be able to be sat on one table. All members of the party must be present in order to be sat. Because of this we cannot allow any advance decorations of the table, or a separate table for gifts. During busy periods we ask that guests be considerate of other customers who may be waiting.
We offer options for a private parlor via our Medberry Inn partnership. This is a great alternative if you have an event such as a Bridal or baby shower and require more time and a private space. Please click our menu link to download the brochure or call us for more information.
No food or drink is permitted from outside vendors unless management approved. We are unable to split checks, due to the extended time it takes away from other customer's service. Coupons are limited to one per party and are not accepted during holidays. 18% Gratuity may be added to check for parties of 6 or more.
