Afternoon Tea

Located at 24 Front Street in Ballston Spa minutes from Saratoga Springs, our retail store offers the true tea experience with a great menu of diverse, high quality dishes. We also offer most of the teas on our web site by the pot or in packages. We also have a large assortment of pots and accessories to brew at home.

*NOTE - We stop seating approximately 30 minutes prior to close. For full service and menu availability we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to close to allow time for ordering and full menu availability.

POLICIES

No food or drink is permitted from outside vendors unless management approved and will be subject to an additional charge. This includes cupcakes, cakes, soda, coffee, tea (yes, someone actually brought in bagged tea to a tea room), etc.  We are unable to split checks, due to the extended time it takes away from other customer's service. Coupons are limited to one per party. 18% Gratuity may be added to check for parties of 6 or more.

Peak seating policies (11:00-3pm):

Because our restaurant tends to get very busy and can fill up quickly we have certain seating restrictions during peak times. Please note we do not accept reservations, however you can call 15 minutes ahead to put your name on the waiting list if there is one. Large groups are encouraged to call ahead, so that we may plan our seating map accordingly to better serve everyone. Please note weekends and holidays during the colder months may see longer waiting lists - please call ahead to see if the wait is longer than what you are comfortable with. We recommend larger groups arrive early especially during weekends and holidays.

Larger booth seats are reserved for parties of 3 or more during peak hours. In order to make the most efficient use of our space, we must sit people at the appropriate sized tables. We want everyone to enjoy our restaurant and to minimize long waits, and make sure there are sufficent tables able to accomodate larger parties, infants with carrier seats and handicapped customers.  We keep our policies consistent so that all guests are treated fairly, but also take into consideration that we cannot always accomodate individual seating demands which other patrons may notice. If you are a party of two and require booth seating, we ask those customers to arrive at the end of our peak time period. Please be assured that if there is a long wait we will seat you at any available table if nessesary.

Please be considerate of other waiting guests if you are finished with your meal.
