Returns & Replacements
All merchandise except bulk tea and foodstuffs is subject to a 30 day return policy. Within 30 days of order, merchandise may be returned, only if in original packaging and re-saleable order. Please contact info@thewhistlingkettle.com to obtain an RMA number before returning an item, or it will not be refunded.

Foodstuffs including bulk tea are non-refundable.

All prices on this web site are for web only purchases. Customers wishing to get web pricing must place their order on-line and select the store pickup option. Customers without an on-line or call ahead order will not be eligible for web prices.
