Earl Grey Gin

Who knew earl grey could be so fun! We discovered this earl grey infused gin recipe on Martha Stewart's blog.

Instructions:

1. In a container, add 1/4 cup of loose earl grey tea leaves to 500 mL of room-temperature gin. Steep two hours.

2. In a cheesecloth or fine mesh sieve, strain the tea leaves out of the gin.

3. For a simple cocktail, add 1 1/2 ounces of infused gin, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Pour it all into a tall glass and top it off with a splash of club soda and a lemon.
