Specifically we’d like to introduce to you an Ayurvedic wellness tea designed to boost the immune system and help deal with seasonal issues that crop up in the fall. Other health benefits of linden flowers are for reducing stress on the body, as well as having a light calming effect, serving to help reduce anxiety. Various studies have also shown the linden flower to be successful at treating stomach pains and relieving gas pressure

Hot tea brewing method: Place teaspoons per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour boiling (212 degrees) water into pot and let it steep for 5-7 minutes or so.
